Who would you rather be?

I was just watching 'Tumhi Ho Bandhu' and got into a chain of thoughts that I thought might be food for thought for some of you, especially girls. I myself haven't really reached to a conclusion because of my practicality wanting to be selfish but my heart not allowing me to... What is this about you ask? A simple question. Would you rather be Diana Penty of Cocktail or Deepika Padukone.

On one side there is Veronica played by Deepika who is a party girl, has lots of money to waste and yet she is a person who takes in a random girl in her house, considers the girl her best friend, is in a relation where the guy starts liking another girl so easily; is a girl who is willing to change for the person for good, is ready to learn whatever it takes, opts to go take care of his mother, accepts when her 'best friend' and 'boyfriend' 'love' each other (Okay I don't want to be judgmental but still I am not going to remove the quotes) and makes them unite(!).

On the other, there is Meera who is a 'traditional' girl but starts liking her own rescuer's love when she is married to another guy who wants her back (!). That's pretty much how I would comprehensively describe her. Although, I don't think she should go back to that guy but then, do people really do what she did?! I thought there is an unsaid girl/bro code that's there all over the world. And anyway, isn't this general morals/ethics?!

I know even in the real world, any Meera would win over any Veronica. But then, I am not sure if that's right. You tell me who you would rather be.. I would love to know any thoughts on this..

Was just random chain of thoughts that I typed down..Sorry if it wasn't so interesting.

I have been thinking about the topic since a long time but as always, I am a lazy writer..or rather, a reluctant one. I have put that in quotes in the title because that's how people refer to 'the' person. It is a little overrated and cheesy I feel (the tag I mean), which is why I didn't add 'my' in there, felt that would be too much for my liking. Whatever, the term has been there since forever so I should probably shut up about my opinion of that. So this is my first blog post (though I have this account from god knows when!) and I didn’t have an idea as to where to start from! So, lost in the chain of thoughts, I realized since how long I’ve been thinking of having an active blog but I never do; it’s not like I don’t love writing, neither is laziness a reason when you really want to (Well, maybe it is up to some extent but not much I’ll have to say!), then what was it!! And reluctantly, I agreed with my dormant (read-wise :P) self that it was the apprehension about how it will turn out, what and how good I’ll write, whether ‘people’ will like it etc!
